Terms and limits of technical responsibility for maintenance, repair, and distribution for Omega Packaging wrapping services.

1. Equipment & Machine Frame Warranty Policy
All automatic and semi-automatic machines from Transpak and Orgapack supplied by OMEGA PACKAGING CO., LTD. are covered under the official frame warranty policy:
  • Mechanical frame & structure: 12-month warranty from the date of handover acceptance and successful load testing.
  • Motor system & Sensors (Sensor/Photocell): 6-month warranty for defects caused by manufacturing faults. Not covered in cases of board damage due to voltage drops in the customer’s industrial 3-phase power system.
  • Wearable parts: Heating blade, strap feeding rollers, and tension springs are not included in the free warranty coverage.
2. On-site Repair Terms
Understanding that downtime in the packaging line can directly impact export shipments, we commit to the following on-site repair process:
  • Incident response: Receive and provide an initial diagnostic plan within 3 working hours via Call/Zalo Video.
  • Mobile electromechanical deployment: Omega engineers will be present at the customer’s warehouse/factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Binh Duong within 24 hours from service confirmation.
  • For machines out of warranty, Omega continues to offer repair services with the most competitive discounts on parts and labor.
3. Delivery & Commissioning Testing and Technology Transfer

Omega Packaging Industrial covers freight delivery costs for bulky equipment orders (automatic machines, stretch wrapping machines) within a 50 km radius from the central warehouse in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

After unloading and installation, our technical team will train warehouse operators or responsible engineers on safe operation, cleaning the slide track after each shift, and the fastest way to handle strap jams.
